Your Responsibilities:

  • Build your patient panel and provide comprehensive care to patients with terminal diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with knowledgeable Physicians, Medical Assistants, and PSRs to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Work in multiple practice venues, including inpatient hospice units, palliative care consultative services, and home hospice settings.

Requirements:

  • Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Hospice/Palliative Care.
  • Have or able to obtain a CO Physician license.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a defined Palliative Care or Hospice setting.
  • Experience with pain management a plus.
  • Bi-Lingual, strongly preferred.
