About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our Hospice and Palliative Care team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide top-notch care and patient experience to our patients and their families.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build your patient panel and provide comprehensive care to patients with terminal diagnoses.
- Collaborate with knowledgeable Physicians, Medical Assistants, and PSRs to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Work in multiple practice venues, including inpatient hospice units, palliative care consultative services, and home hospice settings.
Requirements:
- Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Hospice/Palliative Care.
- Have or able to obtain a CO Physician license.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a defined Palliative Care or Hospice setting.
- Experience with pain management a plus.
- Bi-Lingual, strongly preferred.
