We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Hair Craftsman to join our team at SCOE, dba Great Clips. As a key member of our salon family, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and deliver exceptional hair styling services.

About the Role:

This is a flexible, seasonal, and part-time position available for those who want to advance their career in the beauty industry. Our salon culture is fun, team-oriented, and offers instant clientele. You will have the chance to make $20 to $40 per hour plus cash tips immediately, while also enjoying paid ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Master Hair Craftsman, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional hair styling services to our clients.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and providing great customer service and communication skills.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Requirements:

• A valid cosmetology or barber license OR provisional license.
• Positive attitude and great customer service and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour
