Job Overview

Rite Rug Flooring is a trusted name in flooring with over 80 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled Material Sorter to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our team of experts, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Salary: $18 an hour plus weekly bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort recyclable materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Clean area in and around dumpsters.

Critical Thinking Skills: The ability to think critically and prioritize tasks is essential for this role.

Equipment Operation: Experience operating a forklift is a plus.

Other Duties: Pick up and empty trash containers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for an eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
