Pediatric Home Care LPN Job Description

Metairie LA HCBS is seeking a skilled Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, following established plans of care and protocols.
  • Document patient visits thoroughly, adhering to regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Participate in our care coordination process, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams and patients' families.
Requirements
  • CurrenLPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous home care experience as a LPN is highly desirable.
