  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for undergraduate degree holders.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
