Senior Sales Director

Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead its North America region.
As a Regional Sales Manager - North America, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding customer relationships, and developing a diverse team of sales professionals. Your primary focus will be on implementing sales plans, evaluating key performance indicators, and executing strategies to sustainably grow the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling capital equipment to OEM and Nuclear industries, as well as experience in people leadership and management. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a similar technical field is required, with additional business degrees being a plus.
You will work closely with Territory Sales Managers, Channel Partners, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies, enhance opportunity closure, and build a best-in-market experience for customers.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $140,000 USD, with opportunities for bonus/incentive pay. Pall Corporation also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
