Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LVN/LPN Nurse to join our team as a part-time supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to our residents, under the direction of the Health Services Director.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care
* Supervise Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed
* Report any concerns or issues to the Assisted Living Director or designee
* Assess residents' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, identifying areas for improvement
* Develop and implement plans of care, working collaboratively with other disciplines as needed
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including resident evaluations and care plans

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industry
* Completion of required specialized Nursing coursework for certification or certification as an RN, LPN, or LVN (highly desirable)
* 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including training and supervising staff
* First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification required
* Background clearances as required by government regulations
* Must meet health requirements, including TB
