Paramedic Supervisor

Job Summary:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly skilled Paramedic Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Health department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of emergency medical services in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to paramedics and other emergency medical services personnel
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• NJ or National Registry Paramedic certification required; eligible for reciprocity
• AHA Basic Life Support CPR certification required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications preferred
• Driver's license in the state of residence that meets our standards
• HAZMAT Awareness and WMD/CBRNE Awareness certifications preferred
• ICS 100, ICS 200, and ICS 800 certifications preferred
• NIMS 700 certification preferred
