About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser II to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Merchandiser II, you will be responsible for constructing displays of our products in key retail accounts, providing support to our Sales Team, and ensuring that our products are fully stocked on store shelves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Construction and Maintenance: Build and maintain merchandising/display materials for all products, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Product Placement and Presentation: Position merchandise and create a customer-ready selling floor, taking into account store layout and visual merchandising principles.
  • Inventory Management: Order products on behalf of the Sales Team, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are delivered to stores in a timely manner.
  • Store Visits and Refills: Regularly visit stores to refill existing displays of products, ensuring that our products are fully stocked and easily accessible to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create and coordinate the visual presentation of merchandise, including store layout and exhibits, to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 56lbs, stand for long periods, and walk in a retail environment.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
