Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients with acute kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, and promote health and wellness through disease management and prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of experience in acute dialysis preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
