We are Integrity Fleet Services Inc, a growing company with a strong belief in helping others and doing what's right. Our team is passionate about the success of our people, and we're looking for dependable and experienced Diesel and Trailer Technicians to join our crew.

As a Diesel and Trailer Mechanic at Integrity Fleet Services Inc, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties involving inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on heavy equipment. You will also conduct inspections of completed repairs to ensure thoroughness and quality.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to lift, push, pull, and bend up to 100lbs.
  • You should have stamina to stand and walk for entire work shifts.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills are essential.
  • You should be able to read labels, follow instructions, and safety protocols.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • You must operate the company vehicle in a safe and cautious manner to maintain a clean driving record.
  • No DWI convictions within the past four years are allowed.
  • No more than one moving violation AND/OR fault accident in the last three years.
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • A pre-employment drug screen and background check are mandatory.
  • You should own your tools.
  • Certifications like ASE or brake certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience is desired.

Preferred Skills:

  • You should be able to multitask and support the fast-paced demands of our business.
  • Frequent exposure to all types of weather conditions while performing strenuous physical activities and essential mechanical functions.
  • Regular and sustained periods of strenuous physical exertion both in the garage and on the road requiring the ability to lift, carry, and position heavy objects using proper body mechanics and techniques.
  • Extended periods of standing, climbing, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling, stooping, and walking in connection with frequent periods requiring sustained uncomfortable physical positions while performing vehicle repairs.
  • Frequent interactions with customers and the general public.
  • Possible exposure to hazards associated with chemicals and cleaners.
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to one hundred pounds.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
