About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Administrator to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a key member of our NOC team, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting digital billboards across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot digital billboards to ensure they are running at peak proficiency
  • Partner with Digital Technicians to resolve digital billboard malfunctions
  • Field internal customer issues and coordinate vendor relationships with digital display manufacturers
Requirements
  • Associates degree or some college preferred
  • Customer service experience required
  • Previous technical support experience preferred
What We Offer
  • A 7:30 am - 4:30 pm schedule during training, and a 9:00 am - 6:00 pm schedule once training is complete with one on-call week a month requiring evening and weekend shifts
  • A starting rate of $19 - $20 / hour, dependent on relevant experience
