Job Summary:

As a Home Caregiver with Right at Home, you will provide companionship, personal care, and household assistance to clients in their residences. You will be responsible for creating a safe and comfortable environment, promoting independence, and encouraging social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences
  • Provide light housekeeping services including cleaning, laundry, and organization
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement through conversation, games, and activities
  • Report any changes or concerns to the office staff

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred
