As we aim to expand our clinics across the nation, we are in search of a skilled and dynamic Finance Director to become a key member of our team.

Position Overview

In the role of Finance Director at Pelvic Health Solutions, you will establish the finance function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will encompass daily bookkeeping, KPI monitoring, and billing processes, alongside monthly financial reporting to ensure the fiscal well-being of our growing network of clinics. The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach and a willingness to engage in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Manage daily bookkeeping and ledger activities across clinics, utilizing Quickbooks.

• Prepare monthly financial close processes, delivering comprehensive reports including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows at both clinic and consolidated levels.

• Supervise medical claims billing and reconciliation within our billing system, collaborating with billing personnel.

• Develop and oversee KPI tracking and reporting, providing actionable insights to enhance financial performance.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Partner with clinical and operations teams to understand and influence clinic performance.

• Collaborate with external partners such as bookkeeping firms, tax advisors, and audit firms.

Leadership Potential

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

CPA certification is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

Demonstrated experience in finance, particularly within healthcare, banking, or accounting sectors.

Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Familiarity with Quickbooks, ADP, Expensify, or similar receipt management software is beneficial.
