Home Health Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled Private Duty LPN to join our team.
As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with transitioning from the hospital and providing continuous care to remain at home with their loved ones. Our nurses work flexible schedules, including 8-16 hour shifts, and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
We offer a competitive salary starting at $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Teach family members about patient care and provide health education
Requirements:
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in Oklahoma
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months prior nursing experience preferred but not required
