Job Summary

As a Field Inventory Technician with Wesco, you will be responsible for traveling to assigned areas to call on accounts, checking inventory, and ensuring proper product inventory is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Conduct on-site daily product reporting and analysis to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Communication: Evaluate customer needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Sales Support: Provide daily support of sales efforts and account maintenance functions.
  • Order Management: Enter, review, and release orders to support e-commerce solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Source, upsell, and build relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of electrical, construction, or mechanical products experience, with 2 years preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, basic problem-solving skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to be on feet for extended periods.
