Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nuclear Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to nuclear medicine procedures, including injecting radiopharmaceuticals and other pharmacologic agents. You will also be responsible for maintaining proficiency on all related equipment and communicating with various people within the department and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures using prescribed technique
- Maintain proficiency on all related equipment
- Communicate with various people within the department and patients
- Perform a variety of support duties to assure smooth operations of the department
Requirements
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- Graduate of a school of Nuclear Medicine
- Less than one year of experience
- Licensed by the State of MD
- Certified by CNMT or ARRT(N) or registry eligible
Additional Information
Please note: As a condition of employment, if not already completed, all new hires are required to receive the first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination Series prior to their Occupational Health pre-employment assessment, and scheduled to complete the Vaccine Series within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
