Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at The St. Regis Houston. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Marketing efforts by performing general office duties, preparing sales-related documents, and promoting brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
