About the Role

This Construction Manager position offers a chance to oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, you will have the ability to make a lasting impact on our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project goals, objectives, and timelines, aligning with company expectations
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and adhere to safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or multifamily projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and technologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software, such as MS Project, and cloud-based project management tools, like Procore, is a plus
