Medical Assistant

As a Medical Assistant at Swedish Health Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to assigned patients. Under the delegation of a licensed practitioner, you will perform a variety of duties to assist in providing patient care, including clinical tasks and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical tasks as directed by a licensed practitioner, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical procedures and protocols to provide the best possible care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 6 months of healthcare experience and 6 months of medical assisting experience.
