At N2S, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Healthcare Business Solutions team. This role involves working with diverse environments and applications, leveraging expertise in data analysis and interpretation, business process modeling, data modeling, and database design.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and Mapping documents for the development of ETL applications. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills to work with various stakeholders, gather and formulate business requirements, and translate them to the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in SQL to write complex queries across multiple tables
  • Analyze and profile data for mapping document creation
  • Collaborate with data modelers for necessary table designs
  • Gather and formulate business requirements from various stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Expert-level skills in SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Power BI, Python, JIRA, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau
  • Prior experience in healthcare and data warehousing is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with various stakeholders

What We Offer:

N2S offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
