Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative assistance to our Office Manager, ensuring seamless daily operations at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, transferring calls or taking complete messages as necessary.
  • Manage client confidentiality by enforcing strict confidentiality laws.
  • Greet new admissions, clients, and visitors, monitoring sign-in/out logs and issuing name tags.
  • Prepare and distribute outgoing mail, including preparing self-pay/co-pay ledgers and running Medicaid cards.
  • Collect payments from clients and review balances with them.
  • Assist with scheduling, updating groups, and discharging clients in our computer system.
  • Update appointment books and maintain accurate records.
Competency Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software and equipment.
Education & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent typing skills (40 wpm) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this position is $16.00-$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
