Physical Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing skilled physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and evaluate patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develop initial and ongoing care.
- Implement physical therapy services with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
- Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one.
