• Operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
• Evaluate products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately.
