Job Title: Head Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teller to join our team at Old Point Financial. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling, and leading a team of tellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash handling, including counting and balancing cash, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead a team of tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
