Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Medical Unit team at Infojini Healthcare. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of nursing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices, protocols, and procedures to improve patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing practice.
Requirements
  • RN licensure and current certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., critical care, pediatrics).
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNL).
  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
