As a Clinical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, managing complex clinical situations independently, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to our participants, including wound care, lab draws, and other nursing tasks.
- Manage complex clinical situations independently, using your expertise and judgment to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and therapists, to deliver comprehensive care to our participants.
- Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions in coordination with Primary Care Providers.
- Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; Associate's degree required.
- RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University.
- At least one year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population.
- Experience in home care and wound care preferred.
- Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain.
