PARS Therapy seeks a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients, restoring their motion and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans that enhance patients' mobility and reduce the need for medications or surgery.
  2. Evaluate patient progress, monitor outcomes, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  3. Consult with other healthcare experts to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in patient care.
  4. Document patient services accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Promote evidence-based practices, stay current with industry developments, and contribute to the growth and success of PARS Therapy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with a strong clinical background and ability to manage diverse patient populations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in physical therapy techniques, including modalities, exercises, and interventions.
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of employment, with graduate degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
