Job Description

In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This includes managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
