We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative II to join our New York team at United Property Restoration Services.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career and contribute to our company's success in rebuilding and restoring residential buildings after disasters. As a Business Development Representative II, you will be responsible for generating new business and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel through marketing campaigns and other sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • TARGETS: Identify and engage with insurance agents, property managers, fire marshals, adjusters, facilities, municipalities, schools, colleges, associations, and public adjusters.
  • Monthly Site Visits: Regularly visit targets to build relationships and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Networking Events: Attend industry meetings, trade shows, charity events, and community gatherings to expand your network and identify new business prospects.
  • Sales and Solicitation: Confidently approach potential clients to discuss our restoration services and chase fires to secure new projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Associates degree or comparable experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the insurance industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional image that reflects our company's 'Care at Work' culture.
  • Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to write engaging emails, facilitate effective meetings, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • High self-motivation and drive.
  • Ability to develop and maintain quality business relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills and a soft sell approach.
