$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

We are seeking an Executive Culinary Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team, developing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food production. A lead cook should have established food production or preparation experience and be able to operate all usual kitchen equipment with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Established experience in food production and preparation methods
• Able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Familiarity with menu planning and cost control
