Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Manager Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consulting with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending customized solutions to deliver a powerful customer-centric experience designed to drive business and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Use prequalified leads to facilitate the full cycle sales process through face-to-face collaborative presentations with customers to educate them on exclusive promotions and product benefits
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize market penetration and cultivate lasting partnerships to drive revenue goals
Create compelling, thoughtful, and unique sales proposals to engage potential clients and spark consultative conversation
Demonstrate a strong potential for leadership by working with experienced sales teams to motivate team members toward achieving set sales targets and organizational goals
Requirements:
