We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
