About the Role

This Marketing Coordinator role will involve working closely with our General Manager to deliver seasonal marketing projects that drive business growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that promote our company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • Design and create visually appealing content, including graphics, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist with content marketing and basic SEO initiatives to improve our online visibility.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive website traffic.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and for continuously improving our marketing efforts to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
