About the Role

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. The Public Safety Outpatient Counselor will provide professional services to decrease the impact of behavioral health disorders and other emotional disturbances within the first responder population.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Consultation and triage to assess individual needs
  • Assessment and treatment planning using specialized knowledge of first responders and appropriate behavioral health interventions

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for supporting first responders.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Full benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
