About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Native American banking relationship manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Native American tribes and organizations, providing tailored banking solutions to meet their unique needs.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new Native American banking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Client Solution Managers to deepen client relationships and provide customized banking insights and solutions.
  • Maintain a trusted advisor role, engaging with client contacts to assess holistic banking needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Drive financial performance through profitable revenue growth and quality credit.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in Native American banking. You will have a strong understanding of the banking needs of Native American tribes and organizations, as well as excellent relationship management and business development skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field of study.
  • More than 10 years of relevant Tribal banking experience and a proven track record of exceeding performance in developing business.
  • 4-7 years of high-performance experience serving commercial clients with $25MM+ annual revenue.
Workstyle

This is a fully onsite role, requiring frequent travel to meet with clients and partners.

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $139,792.73 to $259,615.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors.
