Cashier Associate

We're seeking a skilled Cashier Associate to join our team at Northwest Stadium. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stands.

**Job Summary:**

This role involves performing cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. You may also be required to perform general food service work and maintain sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform sales transactions in a timely manner, accurately recording purchases and issuing receipts to customers.
• Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment, and interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Replenish condiments, coffee, beverages, and general supplies while observing customer purchases and differentiating between standard portions.
