Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Childcare Specialist to join our team at Pumpkin Patch Early Childhood Center. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children ranging from infant to 5th grade.

• Care for children in a safe and engaging environment, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of all student information, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
• Familiarize yourself with LARA licensing guidelines for childcare centers and ensure compliance at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent mental and physical stamina, meeting the demands of this position while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Perform various duties as assigned by management, including attending meetings, participating in training sessions, and contributing to center events.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this role.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively through both written and spoken language.
• A strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
• The successful candidate must pass a Live Scan Criminal Records check.
