Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing oversight and monitoring of Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO) contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience with Medicaid programs and contracts, as well as experience implementing program policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct oversight and monitoring of MCO contracts
  • Lead and direct oversight and monitoring activities of the MCOs
  • Collaborate with coworkers to review and problem-solve ongoing projects and issues
  • Cultivate productive work relationships with MCO clinical and administrative staff
  • Serve as a resource for healthcare assistance and information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Five years of professional level experience operating within parameters and guidelines directly related to the purpose of the position
  • Valid driver's license
Working Conditions

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
