About the Job

We are seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
