About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, advocating for their needs, and developing personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and friendly environment for residents
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care

  • Handle medication and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Hold a Registered Nurse degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Experience in nursing and knowledge of long-term care regulations
