The Regional Business Development Manager role at BluSky Restoration offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion in the Nashville and Memphis areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing strategic relationships with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Identify, nurture, and develop new/existing business relationships to increase referral opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Work with leadership to plan association involvement levels and budgets, participate in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years Business Development experience preferred
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system
  • An outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
