Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
  • Ensure timely receipt of medical orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment to patients, modifying treatment as needed while adhering to safety precautions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Current licensure and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
