Job Description
As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and be willing to help and guide others.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, and a strong preference for internal promotion. You must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in achieving business objectives
- Running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards
- Solving problems with a smile and seeking help when needed
- Helping and guiding others to achieve success
