Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. Your primary focus will be on accompanying the delivery driver on delivery runs, maintaining high levels of customer service, and operating warehouse equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to customer locations, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
  • Unload cases weighing up to 30 lbs from floor to shoulder height, using proper lifting techniques
  • Operate a two-wheeled hand truck, pushing and pulling weights exceeding 150lbs, while following safety guidelines
  • Ensure all pallets are properly secured and braced throughout the delivery day
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to read and record orders, inventory, and pallet tickets accurately
  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
