Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Garden Park Health Care Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a current State of Ohio LPN license with no judgments against it
  • Be IV certified
  • Develop and maintain good relations with other personnel
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions specific to position specialty
  • Understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
  • Make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
  • Deal tactfully with patients, residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
  • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in the English language
  • Have sufficient computer skills to perform duties
  • PCC experience is a plus
  • Wound care experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Current State of Ohio LPN license
  • IV certification
  • Ability to work with other personnel and develop/maintain good relations
