Division Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Endocrinology Division Chief to lead our team at The University of Texas Health Science Center. As a key member of our Department of Pediatrics, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and research activities of the Division, ensuring the highest quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Pediatric Endocrinology Division, providing strategic direction and oversight of clinical and research activities
  • Develop and implement clinical research projects, collaborating with faculty and staff to advance the field of pediatric endocrinology
  • Recruit and mentor faculty members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with other departments and institutions to advance the mission of The University of Texas Health Science Center

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Unrestricted Texas medical license
  • Strong clinical and research skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
