About the Role:
Gentiva is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. As a CNA Hospice Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to terminally ill patients in a hospice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to patients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Experience working in a hospice care setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
