At Compassus, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to patients and their families during the most challenging times. As a Hospice Aide, you'll play a vital role in creating a comfortable and dignified environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and supportive services to patients, including bathing, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to identify patient needs and develop solutions
  • Take vital signs and participate in staff meetings, educational programs, and community events
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required.
