About the Role

As a Sales Territory Representative at Asphalt Life, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and builders to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), bilingualism is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Professional certifications, such as sales or marketing certifications.
  • Experience with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.
